When I was 16, a friend asked me some questions about

|
my book progress, and then she said, "You know, back when
|
|
you started writing, I wasn't sure if you would stick with it."
|
|
Sometimes I wasn't sure either.
|
|
But God, Who is rich in mercy, uses the weak things of this
|
|
world for His glory. So many times I have run to Him and been
|
|
reassured of His purpose. So many times He has encouraged
|
|
me through the words of others.
|
|

O Lord my God, how can I ever thank You?

You took a dream of mine and made it true.

When Laurence first appeared in scribbled ink
|

He wasn't in a book, I didn't think.
|
|
You watered small beginnings with Your grace,
|
|
And grew me as I fought to win the race.
|
|
Now it's done; I give it back to you--
|
|
it really has been Yours the whole way through.
|
|
I cannot wait to see what You will do.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
