Hello everyone!
|
First off, thank you if you've recently joined the
|
the journey here! I'm so glad to have you!
|
|
Do you ever look around you, at this world steeped in sin and
|
|
suffering, and feel alone? Like there are so few people truly
|
living for Christ? Like the darkness is winning?
|
|
God recently reminded me that the darkness isn't winning,
|
|
and I want to remind you, too. A friend and I went to a two-day
|
|
conference, and as I looked around at the 450 attendees, awe and
|
|
rejoicing filled me. Here sat 450 people with the same burning
|
|
vision--to point suffering, sinful people to a God Who has tasted
|
suffering and defeated sin and death.
|
|
As one speaker put it, "Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
|
|
ours is the Founder of Salvation who brings many sons and
|
|
daughters to the Father's glory ...
|
|
Jesus has trampled death so that it is not our end point,
|
|
There is hope ahead, friends! Jesus is the conquering King,
|
and His Kingdom will never be destroyed.
|
|
|
|
|
